ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

During collection launches, promotional periods, or high-volume seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery timelines vary depending on destination and fulfillment location.

Estimated delivery windows:

  • United States: 7–20 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

Please note these timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING ORIGINS

Aurea operates through a curated fulfillment model with trusted domestic and international production partners.

As a result:

  • Items may ship separately
  • Orders may arrive in multiple packages
  • Shipping origins and packaging may vary by product

We carefully select fulfillment partners aligned with our standards for quality and reliability.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

TRACKING

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management
  • Contacting the carrier directly

While we are unable to guarantee carrier resolutions, our team will do our best to assist where possible.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Aurea is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to address issues, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes determined by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.

Once an order has entered processing, modifications may not be possible, including:
