RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Aurea, we are committed to creating a thoughtful and elevated shopping experience. Each piece is carefully curated with intention, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Please review the following policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

RETURNS

We gladly accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • Free of stains, fragrance, or visible wear
  • Returned with original packaging where applicable

Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Swimwear
  • Intimates
  • Earrings or hygiene-sensitive items
  • Discounted or promotional items marked final sale
  • Gift cards

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet eligibility requirements.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photo evidence of the issue

Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

EXCHANGES

At this time, exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on product availability.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided fulfillment has not yet begun.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

Aurea partners with a carefully selected network of fulfillment providers to deliver pieces directly to our clients.

As a result:

  • Shipping timelines may vary slightly by item
  • Return locations may differ depending on fulfillment origin
  • Certain items may have supplier-specific return restrictions
